Indonesia Coffee Academy (ICA) was established in 2009 as part of the Anomali Group to provide high-quality education for the coffee industry. Originally known as Anomali Coffee Academy (ACA), we rebranded in 2015 to become a leading foundation for coffee expertise alongside Anomali Coffee. We are not just selling a class; we are here to provide you with the right experience and solutions to succeed in the world of coffee.

With 14 years of experience, our academy has become a trusted center for learning with locations in Jakarta and Bali. We have successfully conducted over 1,000 sessions and trained more than 8,000 students, ranging from beginners to professional baristas. Our long history shows our commitment to shaping coffee drinkers into skilled experts who understand the industry.

We offer various learning formats to fit your needs, including short courses, corporate training, and specialized curriculum packages. Our programs include the Barista Skill program for career seekers, the FnB Owner program for prospective business owners, and a course for Professional Coffee Enthusiasts who want to master every aspect of the trade. These classes are designed to be easy to understand while maintaining high professional standards.

I Putu Yoko Permana
Head Trainer of Indonesia Coffee Academy

His name might remind you of a legendary warrior from an old TV show, and in the world of Latte Art, Yoko is exactly that—a warrior. He has proven his skill by winning multiple Latte Art throwdowns throughout his career.
Since 2016, Yoko has worked his way up at Anomali Coffee, starting as a barista and now serving as an ingenious trainer at Indonesia Coffee Academy. Not only is he SCA Barista Skill (Intermediate) certified, but he is also an official Assessor for Barista Competency under KEMENDIKBUDRISTEK. He is always hungry to learn and excited to share his deep expertise with you

Agam Restu Putra Sambari
Trainer of Indonesia Coffee Academy

Agam Restu is not only a Beverage Creator at Anomali Coffee Group but also a Trainer at the Indonesia Coffee Academy. He began his career in 2017 as a barista at a coffee shop in Tangerang. Currently, he is focused on refining his craft to become a master beverage creator. He also holds an SCA Barista Skills (Intermediate) certification.

Rival has spent over 10 years mastering the coffee industry. His journey started with a simple love for Latte Art, which taught him the importance of being precise and careful. Today, as a trainer at Indonesia Coffee Academy, Rival uses his decade of experience to help others understand the balance of quality and skill in every cup. For him, a great cup of coffee is where art meets perfection.
