TEAM

ICA is a barista school that was formed within the Anomali Group and was originally named Anomali Coffee Academy (ACA), which was established in 2009 when the business developed a roastery and an education center for baristas. The school officially rebranded as Indonesia Coffee Academy in 2015. The three entities of Anomali Group, the third being wholesaler Kopi Asli Indonesia, are the strong foundations on which Anomali Coffee stands to continue flourishing.

These classes come in an online format, as single curriculum courses, corporate training classes, and three packages: the Barista Skill program for aspiring baristas, the FnB Owner program for prospective coffee shop / FnB business owners, and the Professional Coffee Enthusiasts for those who wish to know and master every aspect of coffee and its trade.

As of 2022, Indonesia Coffee Academy has trained over 4000 people from beginners to experts, from baristas to coffee enthusiasts. For over a decade, Indonesia Coffee Academy has shaped coffee drinkers into coffee professionals. Our mission is to develop the professional and personal development of coffee, supported by a deep passion and knowledge about Indonesia’s coffee beans.

Our academy is currently located in 2 areas: Jakarta and Bali. We strive to improve the quality standards of the Indonesian coffee industry to produce the best coffee-makers in the country through our efforts in human resource development.
